EnterpriseLawX was founded in Geneva in 2018 by business lawyer and former in-house counsel Nicole Weiss and corporate governance expert Dr. Jonas Keller. Together, they envisioned a new legal services model: fast, contextual, and entirely tuned to the operational tempo of Swiss and international businesses. Our clients range from early-stage founders to listed companies, and we are proud to operate bilingually in English and German, with legal fluency in French and Italian as needed.
